Hi Guys, I am having this error upon sending an email to one email user. Can anyone please help enlighten me on what is going on with it? It will be greatly appreaciated. I made sure that the MX record from the originating email is working properly and the reverse DNS is replicating. Aside from that we are not sure on what to check next. seems that the receiving end has the anti-spam which is actually blocking your email. it is a sepcific domain which is blocking/rejecting your email, did you try to send the email either hotmail or yahoo accunt?

Yup, we have tried sending email through other email accounts like hotmail and yahoo and they can recieve it. The other party claims that they don't block the email. Is there anything you find from the NDR that shows the email was blocked from their end? This will be really helpful. Thanks for the reply!

Hi, Please check the third party software first, here is a similar issue caused by third party: http://forums.microsoft.com/TechNet/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=1439372&SiteID=17 If the issue persists, check your send connector settings according to the steps below: 1. Click on Start --> Program file--> Microsoft Exchange --> Microsoft Exchange Management console (EMC). 2. Select Hub transport server under "Organization Configuration" on Left pane under EMC. 3. In the Right pane, select Send connector Tab. 4. Right click on Send connector and select property. 5. Under General tab Clear specify the FQDN this connector will provide in response to HELO or EHLO 6. Click Apply. 7. Click OK and test the issue again. Hope this helps. Thanks, Elvis
