HelloWe currently have a shared mailbox in our organization which is monitored by approx 4 people. When new emails are received they are replied to by one of the people monitoring the shared box (from the mailbox address). The sent item is then generated in the monitories sent items folder, as are deleted items etc etc. Is there anyway to have the sent/deleted items be generated in the shared mailboxs sent/deleted items folder (without getting the users to log in as the mailbox account)?Jake

Hello Jake,
This is not possible without any third party software in your outlook.

Clarify: you want to put sent messages to Sent Items folder of shared mailbox, right?
Per my knowledge, theres no default feature which can accomplish this task. But still, herere some workarounds about it:
1. You can create a outlook rule on it
a. Let monitors open shared mailbox in their navigate pane
b. Create a new category called From shared mailbox
c. Create a specific rule
Check messages after sending
Condition: assigned to category category [From shared mailbox]
Action: move a copy to the specific folder [shared mailboxs Sent Items]
d. When monitors send shared mailboxs mail, click Options button in the reply message window, and set category to the customized one, then messages will go to shared mailboxs Sent Items
2. We can alsoeducate monitors to use OWA for sending shared mailboxs mails
3. Or you can use 3rd-party tools like the one Amit suggested

JamesThanks for the advice. We ended up trying out some macro solutions, which seemed to work alright.Number two is a good idea that I completely overlooked but may well give it a go to see if the guys like it. Thanks for the speedy replies. CheersJake.
