Throttling Policy question
Morning. So our on our defualt throttling policy our RCAMaxConcurrency is set to 40. I have a small number of users who lately have been exceeding this limit when accessing multiple calendars thru their own profile, delegates etc. I know I can create a new policy and assign it to specific users. I have done this in our lab, tested it out etc and it works fine. What I can't seem to get my head around is if I make a change to the default policy is it org wide or can I assign specific users to any changes I make? Does it treat it as a copy of the default? Hope I'm making sense. Any help would be appreciated.

If you change the default policy, it applies to everyone. If you want to apply a different setting to specific users, create a new policy and assign that new policy to just those users.
