I just exported thunderbird contacts to a csv file and then imported the file into Outlook but I have to manually select the fields to map. It's a time consuming process.

If I have 20 fields (eg. first name, last name, email1, email2), 5 email address folders in Thunderbird and 10 pcs, I have to manually select the fields 100 times x 10pcs.

I have used Aid4Mail and it converts my thunderbird emails to outlook no problem but it doesn't do the contacts.

How can I get the contacts from thunderbird converted efficiently to outlook?

Open the csv-file in Excel and modify the header fields with the ones that Outlook uses. Then for the othe csv-files, you can simply copy/paste the header line. Upon importing everything should auto-map then.
