Tom, Normally you can onlyn track messages with sender, recipient and subject. If you would like to trace all messages including the body it may be an option to put on journaling and make a copy of each internal and external server to this journal box. If this if for compliancy then I think you should look at a third party product such as: Commvault Archiving and Compliance or Trend Micro Message Archiver. Regards, Johan
