I need a step by step procedure to transfer my Visio 10, version 14, program and license from a XP PC to a new Windows 7 PC.  Also if any updates are available?

It helps you transfer your Office program, files, email, pictures, and settings easily.
1) You can reference the steps of video in following link:

2) If you completed the program transfer, you may use the flash drive to transfer dates to the same folder.
3) Then you need to give a call to Microsoft customer service center.
There can help you to change your license in the new compute.
