I have Exchange 2013 fresh installation

every 3 week I have a lot of queue and need to be removed

I need a solution to avoid the removing process ,my c drive become full

the below is the path

C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\TransportRoles\data\Queue

is there anyway to prevent this queue from growing .

its not resolve issue when delete queue email.

open exchange queue and check email.

In previous exchange versions normally we will have the queue database in a very smaller size .Since we have safety net feature enabled in exchange 2013 so we will have a queue database growth and it is by design.Because of that Microsoft is recommending to have the enough space on the drive where the queue database resides.

Above mentioned behavior is a normal one in exchange 2013 .

Note : In few cases there might be some other reasons behind the queue database growth .I will give you few examples.

1.If anyone of the user's mailbox was trying to send an large email.

2.If the exchange server was affected by any virus.
