Hello everyone,

I have a problem with Exchange 2013: After a few hours it stops receiving external Mails. Die service does not stop or change in any way. It is still running but I do not receive any Mails from outside the domain. But when I do a restart it is working again for some time. But I have to restart it over and over again. This is really strange.

Is there anything I can do?

Are you able to telnet to your exchange server with following command in CMD:

telnet your.exchangeserver.com 25

How many mailbox server you got and how many cas server?

Can you send/receive  mails internally ?

If you try to send email from gmail or hotmail account,do you receive any error message in return?
