Hi, In my organization I have 2 CAS/HT and 2 Mailbox (DAG) Exchange Server 2010. Some users have problems with space in their mailboxes, they have trash in their outbox, comparing the folder size in outlook 2010 (file/ cleanup tools/ mailbox cleanup/ folder size) I can see a diference between Local Data and Server Data in outbox folder, total size of outbox in local data is 0 KB but server data has 13MB or more in other users (or less). The Size of this mailboxes is 80 MB, in user1 case the mailbox have 13MB of trash in the outbox, I do not know how to delete the folder content because does not apper in outlook or owa outbox folder. Hi, Could you please try the following methods? 1. Log in to the “Light version of OWA” à select view all foldersà select Outbox. Are you able to delete all the stuck files? 2. Run the Outlook in safe mode, Synchronize data and try to delete all the stuck files. 3. Did you try to use MFCMapi to delete all the stuck files? Thanks for reply, and sorry for delay... I tried the option 1 and I could see and delete de trash of folder, the option 2 and 3 doesnt work for me. Any idea why this happened? thks. LFFLFF
