I've tried to download this add in about a dozen times this morning.  It never actually downloads.  I've used "Try again" many times.  Anyone else having issue with the download?

I'm using chrome and have disabled adblock, still no luck.

Edit:  I'm trying to download the 64bit version.

When you get to the page that lists the various versions for 32bit and 64bit, 2003, etc there is a download link just to the right of the filename. Use that link instead of the big orange link in the bottom right. Worked on chrome with adblock for me just now.

This is AFTER the first attempt when the big orange link changes to "TRY AGAIN".

Now I'm missing prerequisites for the install. 

What kind of joke is this?  I download the dot net 2.0 prerequisite and try to install it, if fails.  I'm instructed to use "Turn feature on or off" in the control panel.  I go there, there is no option for dot net 2.0.

Why the run-around?

Yep.  All I have listed is "Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1"



I guess you are using Windows 7. Install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1. Then run the Verification Tool to check the .NET 2.0 installation.

If this fails, reboot and try again, then run these steps to repair the install

Yes, Windows 7.  I downloaded 3.5.1 (237mb) and double clicked on it to install.  I see the files being extracted and that is it.  The remainder of the install process never happens.  Rebooted, tried again.  Same result.

Surely getting this add-in installed isn't this difficult for everyone.  Hardly seems worth the trouble.
