Hi, All.I am having trouble enabling the protocol logging for IMAP in Exchange 2007. I have followed the instructions in this article:http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa997690(EXCHG.80).aspxAfter saving the file the folder is not created. The logfile path is specified in the config file but Exchange will not create the folder at the path nor is it logging.I do not see any information that indicates that the services have to be restarted. Any thoughts?Josh

Restarting the Microsoft Exchange IMAP4 service does solve the problem. Logging began immediately after restarting the services. I wish the article would have mentioned that.Thanks!Josh
