Exch Server 2003 SP1 & Windows Server 2003 SP1 Domain In ADUC, I renamed the user using a right-click "rename". I also changed all other instances within the property pages... including the E-Mail addresses tab. It seems to work just fine. The user can accept emailwhen addressed tothe new name. Problem, when the user sends email (internal and external) it displays the old name. I'm not sure how much this has to do with it (and I think it's only cosmetic), but the mailbox name in Exchange System Manager hasn't changed either. Any help would be appreciated. You should change display name in AD properties of user and wait some time for replication.
