Dear Friends,

I have one issue with Exchange 2013.

I dont know why, users cant empty your trashs.

In Owa, when user selects to clean your Trash, the messages arent deleted.

See this picture.

And when user try to see history deleted messages to recover then, no one are displayed!

Anyone can help me? 

I think this are one policy, but i really cant find this! :(

Did that happen to just on particular user or all users

If just for one user, perhaps his Deleted Items folder is corrupted, you can use MFCMAPI tool to remove them.
