Greetings. I am having problem with new users not appearing in the Offline GAL even though they appears in the online GAL. We are using E2K3 and the problem had only recently appear although I do not remember making any changes. I tried rebuilding the Offline address but the changes does not appear. Can anyone explain to me how the whole OAB process works and how I can troubleshoot it? The OAB is hosted on a server in Europe. Thanks.

Jammy, Found the problem to be GC related. The E2K3 server somehow lost connection to the GC. We had to move the OAB to another server, reboot the server and move it back. Everything is working now. Thanks for your input.
