Troubleshooting problem with email

Good afternoon

I'm having a time trying to track down an issue.  I have an account that everyone else can email to, except from one external email address.  I checked with our exchange team and they provided logs showing delivery to a couple internal addresses, but they aren't in the inbox.

No rules are setup.  Exchange team tells me that our hardware isn't stopping it nor is it blacklisted.  There aren't any rules setup on the inbox to do anything with messages from this sender.  Nothing in delete or junk folders.  I can find no trace of this email and the sender isn't getting any kind of bounce backs.

Having other issues, so I'm wanting to make sure I didn't miss something obvious to check.  Thought it be best to ask a larger group what they thought.  I am at a loss now on what to check out.

Thanks.

Hi,

Basically it doesn't seem like an Exchange thing, is the issue on Outlook client or OWA?

In Outlook we should check the Junk E-mail Options.

Under the Options tab, check what level of the junk e-mail protection is selected; Under Blocked Senders tab, check if the external email address or it's domain is listed.

Another suggestion I can provide is to check if there is any anti-spam integration with Outlook, it may be an add-in in Outlook. Please disable it to check the result if there is.
