Hi allThe probelm with my laptop is that everytime it tries to start, it goes to the loading screen. Freezes, restarts my laptop and goes back to that screen and it does it over and over again.Before this happened, I tried to restart my computer after getting the installing the service pack2 but when i tried. It showed up "MSCONFIG.EXE" is preventing your computer from restarting. After 15 minutes, I shut off the power thinking it should be ok but now I can't even access to my windows. I tried safe mode, all the modes doesn't work. It just keeps restarting once it hits the loading screen with the green bar going from left to right.Quite frustrated, and was wondering what are my options?Many thanks.
