Is there a way to transfer an incoming call after a business hours greetings has been played without creating a 'press 1 key mapping' to transfer a call to an extension.  I would like the user not to have press any keys etc.  I basically need a messsage played as soon as the call is answered then transfered to extension number.  Is this possible?

Have you tried using a key mapping with the option "When this key is pressed" set to Time Out?  That should do what you are looking for.
