Could you please check below exchange console > server configuration > client access > owa (default web site) > properties > public / private computer file access and check the .url allow/block settings. only thing I can think. Issue description: OWA 2007 users see Outlook Web Access has disabled this link for your security and unable to open the URL in the emails Most possible cause: OWA does not understand the type of the URL. Its neither a local URL (starts with "#") nor a standard http or https URL or a URL that starts with mailto:, or ftp:. So, it will block this URL.
