I have a user who is facing issue with Outlook 2013,Inbox is missing however user have two outboxes in which one acts like a Inbox and emails comes to that Outbox(Which is acting as Inbox).We are unable to rename the folders as the option is grayed out as its a default folder.Asked user to check in OWA its same structure which is there in Outlook.Not sure what should be the next step.

I would like to verify if others have this issue. If the issue occurs to one user, I recommend you use the following cmdlet to repair this problematic mailbox and check the result.

New-MailboxRepairRequest -Mailbox xxx@xxx.com -CorruptionType FolderView

Thanks for the input,however i tried using New-MailboxRepairRequest -Mailbox  -CorruptionType FolderView,however folders remains the same,below was the result found.
