We are running Exchange Server 2003. It appears that I'am unable to reconnect a deleted mailbox. When attempting this process I get the following error message: The specified directory service attribute or value does not exist. Facility: LDAP Provider ID no: 8007200a Exchange System Manager I have tried re-connecting the mailbox to a bogus account and received the same error. I also created a bogus account deleted the mailbox and tried re-connecting it and recieved the same error message.

Replication within the forest could very well be the problem. we find it takes almost 24 hours after deleting the user before we can reconnect the mailbox to anything.
