We are facing a problem. All our services in exchange are running fine except OWA. We are unable to login into OWA. Outlook connects. POP, IMAP works properly. We can send/receive emails from outlook and mobiles but our OWA is not opening.

Please help us in this regard.

Have you checked if owa is configured correctly, in terms of owa internal/external url, port 443, firewall, dns pointers etc?

See if you are able to access owa through https://localhost/owa

Hi thanks for your reply. Whenever I enter credentials it again shows login page. If I enter wrong password it says wrong password. But if I enter correct credentials it never log me in. It again shows me login page.

It was working fine yesterday. But now it only shows login page. Our active CAS restarted and after that we are unable to login into OWA. all other services are working fine except owa.

Probably, see what you can see on iis logs on cas server

We have 4 CAS servers. We make every CAS as default but the issue is same with all the CAS servers.

Whats your Exchange version?

Please run the following command to check your OWA configuration:

Get-OwaVirtualDirectory | FL Identity,*Authentication*,*url*

Additionally, please access the ECP URL to have a try:

Https://CASservername/ecp

Also collect any event logs or IIS logs for further analysis.
