Unable to add a favourite
Hi
It means your account hasn’t permission to add web page to c:/users/(your account)/favorites/ directory. You should modify this directory security permission.
This is exchange forum. So you should open your thread to vista forum.

Access is denied when attempting to add a file to my favourites.
I am using Internet Explorer 9 and MS Vista.
