Unable to add recipient in email forwarding

When I attempt to add email forwarding to a mailbox, under delivery options, I can check the box to Enable forwarding, but when I hit browse to select a recipient, Exchange is not adding the user selected to receive the email. It leaves the field blank and pops up an Error "This field is required."

The only thing I can think that has changed recently, is we added Lync 2013 to our domain.

I found a solution in another thread to try in Firefox instead of IE and that worked.

Hi,

From your description, the issue is related to the browser, I recommend you add the EAC site to the Compatibility Mode and check the result.

What's more, you can use the following cmdlet to set mail forwarding in EMS.

Set-Mailbox -Identity "xxx" -DeliverToMailboxAndForward $true -ForwardingSMTPAddress "xxx"
