Unable to connect clients
These services:
"Microsoft Exchange RPC Client Access"
"Microsoft Exchange Service Host"
are set to Automatically start, but they timeout (recorded event in event log).
Without these services starting, my Outlook clients cannot connect.
I'm able to start the services after the system completely starts up.
I've increased the service timeout to 60000ms, applied patches, and changed registry keys, but still won't automatically start-up.
