Hi, Does the machine from where you are trying to open outlook from have a Default Gateway ? ot its blank ? please try to put default gateway if it was blank , and open your outlook. i've seen this problem before, and after puting the DG IP, i could open outlook 2007. please let me know which kind of errors you are recieving , if you can , post the error text here, so we can analyze the problem from that error. I don't think that SSL or Autodiscover will block the MAPI Sessions from outlook, even if they were not configured correctly. another thing for you to do, remove the outlook profile , and let the autodiscover configures it for you. afteryou remove the current outlook profile, just open outlook, and autodiscover (if it was configured correctly) will configure outlook profile for teh logged on user automatically. please let me know if the above post was helpful or not. Regards,

Hi, Thanks a lot. Now it is working, I mentioned default gateway as the exchange server's ip. Then its working (I didn't understood why default gateway required even when all the servers are in the same network) When i used outlook 98 i didn't mention default gateway, but still it is working. it might be a bug in outlook 2007 Regards, Pramo
