Hi I am unable to delete a Mail databases and Storage Geoupsin Exchange 2003 System Manager, I get an error C1030728. You do not have the rights required to complete the operation. ID no: c1030728 Exchange System Manager I am logged on as Domain Admin, the same account used to install Exchange 2003 and create the storage groups and databases. Can you verify that you are still an Exchage Full Admin (Organization - Delegate) And verify permissions for Server and Storage Group Deli

Perhaps run a gpresult and see what group your not in that you should be in like local admin and as Deli said, you'll need to use ESM to check your exchange permissions.
