I am new to this group, i have been receiving below error message. I have searched online but the resolution says it causes when we hide DL Membership in Exchange 2003, at present exchange server is migrated to 2010 and 2003 has been decomissioned. Require you suggestion to resolve the issue.

"windows can not edit the permissions on DL because they have been written in an nonstandard format by another application. To enable editing, you must use the application to restore the permissions to a standard format."

Hi, is this a Non-Universal DL or a dynamic DL, or made by script DL, or Universal DL? regards, Csaba
