Unable to install Exchange 2013
I am attempting to Install Exchange 2013 I have one existing Exchange 2010 server with an edge transport. Both have been updated with sp3 and show version 14.03.0146.000. When running setup on the new exchange server It errors on exchange
servers have not been upgraded to SP3. How can installation be continued or what step d

It seems doesn't detect the version after you installed SP3, please run exchangeBPA to check if the server can connect to the DC correctly and re-run installation.
If the issue still existing, please post the detailed error.

In this case. After you upgrade service pack 3 to Edge.
You have to "new subscription for edge".
because edge sync is only one way (edge receive orders only).
