i'm unable to install Exchange CU 7

Windows 2012 R2 with Exhcnage 2013 CU5

Event id 6 MSExchange Management

Process ExSetupUI.exe (PID=15112). Object DC=Exchange Server was not found on the Domain Controller %4. This may indicate a replication or permission issue. 

Error:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Warning:

Hi,

Please capture the dump as below, if this doesnt capture a dump and the process still fails change the process to exsetupui.exe and try again.

I seem the same issue on one tread before. That thread was resolved by removing Exchange server then rebuild the servers. When they are rebuilt, Exchange Server CU7 was able to be installed without any issue. You can consider this method.
