Unable to send mail from particular mail ID to one domain
Hi All,
I am using exchange 2003. In my environment , i am trying to send the mail from test@abc.com to particular domain like xyz.com but i am getting the error below.
Action: failed
Diagnostic-Code:
smtp; 554 5.7.1 <test@abc.com>: Sender address rejected: Access denied
Remote-MTA: 10.22.12.32

That message is probably coming from the recipient's server. I can't be sure since you didn't post the entire NDR. You can verify this by enabling SMTP protocol logging, and then you'll probably be able to see the transaction between your server

Hi Avinash,
As the error informs, emails from your sender is blocked by recipient end. I would like you to contact the recipient end admin to allow your account to send emails to their domain.
for some reason, the recipient end admin will block some senders, who used to send bulk emails. since its a single user email sending problem, you have to ask the recipient admin to allow..
