Hi All,I am unable to send new mail through owa. I am using Exchange server 2007 SP1.Whenever I compose a mail and clicks on send ,it get saved in Drafts, but not sending to any recipients.Please help to solve this issue?Thanks in advance,Shantikumar.

We came across this same issue that affected only one user. He had installed a program that performed mailbox sychronization with a Palm I believe. Are you using a program to perform any form of mailbox synching? If so, uninstall and test. It worked for us.Alan

Hi, Please let me know: 1. Whether the issue also exists if the user sends email by using Outlook with Exchange Mode profile 2. Whether only one user encountered the problem? 3. Whether the problem user has used other computer to test the issue? Mike
