I'm trying to help a client view an embedded image in an excel spreadsheet that was emailed to her by a vendor. Her coworker that is running Office 2010 Standard is able to view the spreadsheet and all items within it properly. Excel will open the spreadsheet, but the embedded image is fuzzy, not pixelated, just really fuzzy. I have tried disabling hardware graphics acceleration, but it didn't work. Could this have to do with the driver for the dedicated graphics card?

Based on your description, my understanding is that your customer received an email with a excel attachment. The excel file contained a image in worksheet, but the image is very fuzzy.

Normally if you copy the picture into Excel, it gets fuzzy. If you choose INSERT option to insert picture, it should stay exactly the same as original.

I suggest you provide the screenshot of the fuzzy image in Excel and the sample file to our email address:
