Hi, I am accessing my work's MOW account from home. I have no problems getting into the account, I can read mail and everything appears fine. However, when I go to write mail or reply to incoming mail, I do not have the ability to input anything into the message box.All Iget is a blank section with an X in the top left section. I can do everything else though (input subject, insert attachments, add recipients, access to options etc..). This is from a new computer that has Windows Vista. On my old computer I have no problems whatsoever but it has Windows XP. I have checked all the settings that I am aware of but the settings are the same as they are on the old computer. I'm simply stumped.

Hi, Whats MOW? Do you mean OWA(Outlook Web Access)? If you mean OWA, this is a known issue. You need to contact your Exchange admin to install the hotfix in the following article. You receive an error message when you try to perform any editing tasks, or you must click to enable the compose frame in Outlook Web Access http://support.microsoft.com/kb/911829 Hope this helps.
