Undeliverable: Delivery Status Notification (Failure) 5.7.1 smpt;550 5.7.1
Hi I hope some one can help me out on this one? we have a client who constantly gets the following error message when sending to a specific company.
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
xxxxxx xxx on 30/10/2007 12:26
you do not have permission to send to thisrecipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator.
<non-xxxxxxxx.com #5.7.1 smpt;550 5.7.1 Requested action not taken; message refused>
Any ideas would be greatfully received
Thanks

You'll have to get in touch with the recipient company's IT/mail guy. They are probably refusing the message because of some content restriction or anti-spam system gone foul.

I have the same issues, I can send email to customers but my Pop3 users out in the field can not send email to anyone but internal email addresses. This is only happening to external users. I have the Allow set for all authenticated users and I have them turn on the authentication for it.
I am stumped! Help.
