This is a common problem. Looks like User X had User Z as delegates. Follow the steps mentioned in the Article http://clintboessen.blogspot.com/2009/09/exchange-2003-meeting-request-receiving.htmlVinod |CCNA|MCSE 2003 +Messaging|MCTS|ITIL V3|

Does the symptom only happen for appointment? Which mailbox do you check? I assume thats user-x. Have you uncheck the cache mode in the outlook before launch MFCMAPI? Please move the mailbox of user-x from original store to another, which can clear up corrupted rules from mailbox James Luo TechNet Subscriber Support (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/ms788697.aspx) If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com

Did not receice your first notification.Yes correct, this symptom happens only with appoitments. That's correct, I did check the mailbox of user-x.I used the tool MFCMAPI on the Exchange Server and our clients do not use cache mode.I only have one mailbox store. What can I do more to solve this situation James?

The issue only happens to user-x? Is there any forwarding rule on the user-xs outlook, anything in the Delegate tab? Please create a new mailbox with same settings as user-z, add it as delegate in the user-xs mailbox and then unchecked the option Send meeting requests and responses only to my delegates, not to me. If the NDR not comes anymore, remove the user-z again James Luo TechNet Subscriber Support (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/ms788697.aspx) If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com

This only happens to user-X.I receive the undeliverable messages. The is no forwarding rule and no delagation rules in Outlook of user X.I recreated the user-z in Active Directory and configured the user-x's mailbox andunchecked the option"Send meeting.........."I just find out that when user-x sends appoitment toanother user then she gets the same message again:_________________User ZThe e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to find out the correct address.____________________

If its not a standard edition of exchange, you can create a new store to move the mailbox. So, the any corrupted rules can be cleared out If it is a standard edition, recreate the mailbox for user-x would be a workaroundJames Luo TechNet Subscriber Support (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/ms788697.aspx) If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com
