Undeliverable Emails
Hello,I am on a network and Exchange Server 2003 is our email client. We are experiencing a problem when sending emails. Sometimes the message comes back from the System Administrator as undeliverable and we get a message that reads like this:Undeliverable: log filesSystem AdministratorTo: xxxxx xxxxxxSent: Thu 3/20/2008 2:05pmYour message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. Subject: log files Sent: 3/20/2008 2:05 PMThe following recipient(s) could not be reached: xxxx@xxxxx.xxx on 3/20/2008 2:05 PMThere was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator.<mydomain.com #5.5.0 smtp;553 From: address not verified; see http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/manage/sendfrom-07.html>This doesn't happen all of the time and doesn't decriminate on who it is sent to. Also most of the time the person can just double click on the returned email press resend and it goes through. The Exchange Server has been up and running for years now and we haven't experienced any problems like this until Friday March 14.When the message does fail to send it is usually only a few seconds and the notification is there. This is troublesome for the users of the network and I would like to get it resolved. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated or if you could refer me to any tech support that can help me with the issue please do so.Thank you
