When I try to Uninstall Project 2010, it is uninstalling Office 2010 Tools also. How can I just uninstall Project component alone.

Tried obsrcb2010 vbs with PrjPro command line, tried using config.xml, tried using product code but no luck. Please help me.

Do you want to retain this Office 2010 tool after uninstalled Project 2010?

If yes, this tool is a part of Project 2010, we can't uninstall Project 2010 alone.

Have you installed Office 2010 or Visio 2010 in the machine? If you have, you can uninstall the whole Project 2010, and the Office 2010 tools still exists in this machine, because Office 2010 or Visio 2010 also is included this tools.

If you only have Project 2010, please try this workaround:

Uninstall Project 2010 first=>Use OCT to custom the installation that install Office 2010 tools only, see this image:
