I have tried looking at the exchangeamdmin mailbox, and it has been configured for someone that is already on our 2010 exchange server. I am out of ideas.Any info will be appreciated. Thanks!

If you have migrated your server http://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/office/Rapid-Migration-Guide-from-7ade7012 Verify you migrated properly, --- you can Remove Exchange 2003 Manually http://support.microsoft.com/kb/833396 -- After Removal Run Exchange Best Practices Removal to fix some missing attributes. which is not criticalSatheshwaran Manoharan | Exchange 2003/2007/2010 | Blog:http://www.careexchange.in | Please mark it as an answer if it really helps you

In ESM can you right click the server (let it timeout if its unresponseive) than when the menu comes up delete.James Chong MCITP | EA | EMA; MCSE | M+, S+ Security+, Project+, ITIL msexchangetips.blogspot.com

If that KB doesn't work - Go ahead for Manual Removal -- Verify all your migration part is done Disable all exchange services - And Turn of the server Make sure everything works fine without E2k3 PF ,oab download, Connectivity,mailflow.etc.. then everything should be fineSatheshwaran Manoharan | Exchange 2003/2007/2010 | Blog:http://www.careexchange.in | Please mark it as an answer if it really helps you

I did the manual uninstall. since this was our last 2003 exchange server, is there anything that I need to do to cleanup anything? in the ESM I see the First Administrative Group, do i need to delete that as well using ADSIedit? Or, am I completely finished with the migration?

Do not remove First Administrative Group You might get into Free busy issues -- Remove the E2k3 Server object alone as prescribed in the KB and Remove the Empty Server container as well. -- Youre migration is done !!Satheshwaran Manoharan | Exchange 2003/2007/2010 | Blog:http://www.careexchange.in | Please mark it as an answer if it really helps you
