I've installed it several places, and had issues at some. often OWA broke or services didn't run. re-installing the hotfix resolved the issue. I've had this issue with nearly every exchange non-sp hotfix. I support over 20 exchange servers across several different customer sites

Reinstalling to Rollup did not fix the issue in my case but I managed to fix it Go to IIS Manager Expand the Site which Hosts your OWAand go to the properties of OWA Virtual Directory - Directory Security Tab Click Edit on the Authentication and Access Control I assume you are Using SSL and basic Authentication which is in my case uncheck the basic and check the integrated Authstop and start the Website uncheck the integrated Auh and Recheck the Basic Authand thenstop and start the website I know is stupid but it will fix the issue
