I have added to one user an exchange mailbox using "active directory user and computer", all is ok; example andrea.todero@mzspa.itand user torneria. When i domail with address of my organizzation to this user, andrea.todero@mzspa.it,this is delivered correctly. When i do mail with user, torneria,outlook give an error message. in addiction the global address list isn't update with this user. What can i do for obtain an update of address list? I use a one server with AD over windows 2000 server at the latest SP and patch with exchange 2000 at the latest SP and patch. Thanks for all. Fabrizio T.

Since you can send to it from the outside, I would guess RUS is working properly and the account is being stamped. You you sending to this person internally using OWA or Outlook? If Outlook, Online or Offline? If Offline, is your address book setup to sync? Thanks, John Gann
