Hi. Have an Exchange 2013 with CU2.

Should i upgrade directly to CU8 or do it in steps? Its different versions outhere, some says go direct to CU8 and other says max 2 version of CU at once. CU2->4->6->8 seems stupid. What is your opinion?

Each CU is complete reinstall of the product.  While it's never good to be more than two CU's behind, I havent seen any issues upgrading directly to the latest release.

You should go straight to CU8. Note that CU2-CU8 is not a tested scenario at Microsoft, but you will be supported. 

As Andy states it isn't a tested scenario by Microsoft, but should work just fine.
