Upgrading Exchange 2000 to 2003
We are currently running Exchange 2000 Standard Edition on Windows 2000 ServerSP4.
Can I do an in-place upgrade straightto Exchange 2003 Enterprise Edition or do I have to upgrade to Exchange 2003 Standard Edition first?

You can do an inplace upgrade straight to Exchange 2003 Ent. edition. As I always recommend, have at least two good backups prior to the upgrade.
