Upload Outlook picture / Exchange 2007
I have found instructions on using the command shell in Exchange 2010 to upload a picture to Active Directory, but none for Exchange 2007. Can this be easily done so that we can have user's pictures display with their contact information in the global
address book?

There are third party tools to do this because it is an AD setting, not Exchange.
These are two I am aware of, there will be others:

Hi Mark,
Per my test (in Exchange 2007 SP3), you also can follow this document to setup the GAL photos in Exchange 2007:
Setup and use the GAL Photos feature using Exchange 2007

Evan is right you can use similar instructions.
Is it possible to add the pictures to an Ex2007 Sp1/Outlook 2007 system?
