I hope I have got the right forum here, I need to customize the "User" details template within Exchange/Outlook and have been following these instructions:http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123970(EXCHG.65).aspx But when I test (click on user -> select outlook properties) on the client machine no changes are visible. On a different template such as "Search dialog" the changes are reflected ok on the Outlook client. Whats going on, and how do I make the "User" template change propgate to the client? I've spotted it.Need to uncheck "Use Cached Exchange mode" under exchange server settings in Outlook
