User Regularly Getting owa/ecp access problem

 Hi, 

we are facing problem with owa/ecp access for a particular user. he regularly facing this issue access issue since last two days.

We have Two 2013 sp1 Exchange Servers (both have CA+ MB Role) and configured under DAG and 70 User Mailboxes.

Both Servers continuously getting "ASP.NET 4.0.30319.0 (Event ID: 1309)" Warning on both servers, is there any relation between this warning and the user owa/ecp access.

Requesting your valuable advice to resolve this problem at the earliest.

Hi,

  • Please post the event log for troubleshooting. Are there any other events in the application logs?
  • Whats the errors when users log in OWA?
  • I suggest to recreate OWA/ECP virtual directory to troubleshoot this issue.
