User can not forward from another mailbox
I have a user who has access to a human resources mailbox. This user has send as rights. When he tried to forward an email from the human resources mailbox to another user within the same domain, he gets: "
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
Andy Rutledge on 12/13/2011 1:50 PM
You do not have permission to send to this recipient.
For assistance, contact your system administrator.
MSEXCH:MSExchangeIS:/DC=com/DC=cobbtech:COBBEXCHANGE"
He gets this when he changes the From field to his name instead of leaving it as from human resources. Any ideas?

Hi,

Sorry that I’m not very clear about your issue.
When the user tried to forward an email from the human resources mailbox to another user in the same domain, if the user changes the From field
to his name, I have a little confuse. The user forwards any emails in his mailbox, the From field should be his email address. So, please explain your issue to be clearer.
And
if the situation is as following: the user changes the From field as the human resources mailbox, then please make sure that the human resources mailbox has send-as or send-on-behalf permission to the user.
Hope
it helps.
Thanks
