A few days ago, I got a request to make a secondary address since the user also handles customer questions from the marketing department.
The steps I undertook:
- Added a second SMTP e-mail address (example: jbryce@regal.com).
- Switched her primary e-mail address to her secondary in Exchange.
What the user experiences:
- Her primary e-mail address is still visible but her secondary address shows up when she double clicks my test mails.
- Attempts to reply are being send from her primary address instead of her secondary address.
I have also compared the settings of another user who is working with a few alternative e-mail addresses but there were no differences in settings.
If someone can help me, then I would be very grateful!
