User cannot use Scheduling Assistant
Hi
I have a user who cannot plan meetings because the Scheduling Assistant within his Outlook crashes whenever he tries to add someone (Outlook 2007 SP2).
We've installed the latest Outlook updates, still no luck.
OWA seems to have the same problem as well, so can't be a client issue.
Does anyone know how this can be fixed?

Try moving the mailbox to another database.

Hi,
It seems caused by an known issue.
The issue occurs when the package that contains the
.NET Framework 3.5 with SP1 and the
.NET Framework 2.0 with SP2 is installed on an
Exchange Client Access server.
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. However, it is intended only to systems that are experiencing this
specific problem.
To resolve this problem, contact Microsoft Customer Support Services to obtain the hotfix. For a complete list of Microsoft Customer Support Services telephone numbers and information about support costs, visit the following Microsoft website:
http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/?ws=support
Or you could try to restore an old backup copy of CAS server that did not have .NET 3.5. SP1 installed on it
