Hi all, We run Exchange 2007 on Windows 2003 machines. I am about to create a Managed Default folders policy for the Inbox. I want anything more than 6 months old to be deleted out of the Inbox. My question is, what if a user created their own folder through OWA within their Inbox. Will it still delete those emails that are older than 6 months, or are they safe? Any help is appreciated.
