User has Outlook 2010, Using Office 365/Exchange - opening multiple mailboxes cannot search all mailboxes
My user at a non-profit company is using Outlook 2010 for a local mail client.  She is configured to monitor/open 2 additional mailboxes via the company's Outlook 365 account.  She needs to be able to conduct a search that spans the mailboxes - but apparently the results are only her default mailbox. In the Exchange Admin panel on Outlook 365 I have given her full permissions to the non-default mailboxes.  She is regularly pushed Msft updates for Windows 7 and Office. What am I mis

Searched in cache mode or online mode?

Does he click "all mailbox items" to expand the search to include the all mailbox folder? If not, please try it.
